I've had the opportunity to work with James as his patient, and I can say he's one of the most outstanding Physical Therapist Assistants I've worked with. He's not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but he also truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their concerns. What I love about this clinic is that they go beyond traditional physical therapy. They incorporate postural control and PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) techniques, which I find to be incredibly beneficial. This holistic approach considers how different parts of the body work together, rather than focusing on just one area. James is not only an excellent therapist but also a wonderful teacher. He takes the time to explain what's happening in your body and why he uses certain exercises or techniques. He also provides helpful education and exercises you can do at home, making it easier to keep your progress going outside the clinic. One thing I really appreciate is that James genuinely listens. When you share how you're feeling or what isn’t working, he values your feedback and adjusts the treatment accordingly. It never feels like you're just going through the motions. Overall, I am truly grateful for the care, patience, education, and dedication James offers. If you're looking for a physical therapy clinic that takes a whole-body approach and truly cares about helping patients understand and improve their condition, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic . James truly is a valuable asset to the team!
