Elizabeth was born in Germany and grew up in Northern Virginia before joining the military. After her military career, she worked in aviation and logistics management before discovering her passion for massage therapy. Elizabeth graduated from Centura College in 2023 as a Licensed Massage Therapist and is certified in Hot Stone Massage and Craniosacral Therapy I (CST I). She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Elizabeth became a Licensed Massage Therapist after seeing the relief massage provided to a friend living with long-term COVID. She developed a passion for helping patients with chronic conditions and pain, particularly back pain. Her clinical interests include deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, and she tailors her techniques to each patient’s needs. Elizabeth is pursuing additional training in lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage to expand her clinical expertise. Elizabeth is passionate about making a meaningful difference and helping patients feel better than when they arrived. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, spending time with her dogs and friends, roller skating, trying new foods, and watching movies.
